Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatric Treatment › Services

Gulf Oaks offers inpatient psychiatric treatment for adolecents from age 12 - 17.  The 11-bed unit is structured to be a safe therapeutic environment.  The program provides crisis stabilization, comprehensive diagnostic assessment, coordination with community resources, including school and outside therapists, medical management and education, groups for psychosocial education and coping skills and discharge and aftercare planning.
